*Due to the new GPSR law, I will unfortunately not be able to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland at this time; as a non-full time, one-person business, I sadly do not have the resources to meet the GPSR at present, though I do sincerely hope to be able to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland in the future. My deepest apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this. Prices are charged in GBP. Please make sure to read product descriptions fully before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for providing full and correct information. Since orders cannot be altered or redirected once dispatched, please make sure to double-check the items and shipping address in your confirmation email in order to avoid any future inconveniences. For any amendments, please contact me ASAP via email (lagi.townart@gmail.com) or the shop’s contact form.

 All orders are final once dispatched – no exchanges/refunds/returns.

 

On Shipping... 

Orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail & I aim to ship orders once a week

Delivery times will vary depending on destinations. Shipping estimates from the dispatch date can be found below + more information via the links.  

*Please be aware that there may be some delays in delivery times due to external factors. If your order still hasn’t arrived after 12 weeks, please get in touch and I'd be happy to go through some options with you for a replacement/partial refund.

Please note that International Standard does NOT include tracking, therefore I cannot be held liable in the rare case that your package is lost/damaged/stolen. I will, however, do my best to assist so please do not hesitate to contact me with your order number (and photos if applicable). 

For peace of mind, International Tracking is recommended as you will receive a tracking number with your dispatch notification. Likewise, however, if you do happen to encounter any problems, please contact me with your order and tracking number.

IMPORTANT: Please note that some orders may incur customs/import tax fees, which can also affect delivery times. In order to avoid any unexpected fees, please make sure you have read up and understand your country’s import policies for goods arriving from the UK before placing an order as these are NOT included in the shop’s prices and must covered by you (if any).

On Packaging...

When it comes to packaging, I will always prioritise the re-use of materials gathered from my own parcels and orders over purchasing new materials, as I believe it is better to first give these a second use!

Orders may therefore not be the prettiest - or even 'on-brand' - and may also include less eco-friendly materials such as cello bags, bubble wrap, bubble mailers etc. It is my hope that this will become more of a rarity as my stash dwindles and I am able to phase in more sustainable options in and around what I collect. Until then, I appreciate your understanding and hope that the contents make up for it!
